At Adam’s we want you to slow down and enjoy a meal with friends, family or community. Our menu is simple and sourced locally. We attempt to be 100% GMO free and always look for organic products first. 60% of our menu is vegetarian, 30% is vegan. We proudly serve Boulder Natural Chicken, Red Bird All Natural Turkey, and organic turkey sausage. We follow the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch List which helps consumers and businesses make choices for healthy oceans. Plus, our salmon is organic as well.
We offer fresh juices, smoothies, and Colorado’s own Boylan’s sodas . Enjoy our house-made Chai, a variety of teas, and Pikes Peak local coffee. We even have our own organic blend of coffee. We select wines to complement our menu, while also offering a full bar including craft liquors, Colorado spirits, Colorado micro-brews on tap and specialty cocktails. We are open daily for breakfast fro 8am to 3pm. Lunch is served from 11am to 3pm. Dinner begins at 5pm to 9pm Tuesday through Saturday. Reservations are always encouraged!
